FAQ

Frequently asked questions

If you can't find your answer below, get in touch — we usually reply within one working day.

Programme

Which syllabus does the programme follow?
Both Cambridge O-Level and IGCSE Chemistry. Topics are mapped to the official Cambridge syllabus and taught in a deliberate teaching order.
How long does each lesson take?
Most lessons are 7–13 minutes. A productive study session can fit comfortably between school and dinner.
What if my child is behind at school?
Start with the topic they're stuck on. The programme is designed to fill gaps as well as cover new material.
What if my child is ahead?
Use the syllabus map to skip ahead. The progress dashboard still tracks topic mastery, so you'll see if a foundation gap appears.

Pricing & payments

Will pricing be in Mauritian rupees?
Yes. All prices will be set and charged in MUR via the MIPS gateway.
How do I pay?
Local payment via MIPS — coming soon. We never store card details on our servers.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Full refund within the first 14 days on any paid tier, no questions asked.
Are there family or sibling discounts?
Family pricing is being designed. Get in touch if multiple children are enrolling.

For parents

Can parents see what their child is doing?
Yes. Parents have a dedicated dashboard showing topic progress, recent activity and a plain-language summary.
Do I need a Chemistry background?
No. The dashboard and summaries are written for parents — no Chemistry knowledge needed.
How are under-16 learners handled?
A parent or guardian completes a short consent step before learning starts. You stay in control of the account.

Technical & privacy

What devices can my child use?
Any modern phone, tablet or laptop. The platform is mobile-first.
Do you use external analytics on personal data?
No. We never send names, emails or personal learner notes to external analytics tools.
Is there a mobile app?
Not yet. The web platform works very well on phones and tablets. A native app may follow once the programme is established.

Still have a question?

We'd rather you ask than guess.
