Progress visibility

A clear parent dashboard shows what your child is studying, what they've completed and where they may need support — in plain language.

Parent dashboard

What you'll see

A short, useful view designed for parents — not a developer-style dashboard.

  • Which topic your child is on, and how far through it they are
  • How they performed on recent topic quizzes
  • Time spent practising, weekly
  • A short, plain-language summary of strengths and areas to revisit
  • Any pending payments or actions you need to take

Our privacy promise

We treat your child's data with care.

Personal learner notes never leave Learning Catalyst. We don't send names, emails or notes to external analytics tools. We never sell data.

  • Card details are never stored on our servers — payments go via MIPS directly.
  • Under-16 learners require a parent or guardian consent step.
  • Marketing emails are opt-in and easy to leave.

Parent questions

Do I need any Chemistry knowledge?
No. The parent dashboard and summaries are written in plain English so any parent can follow them.
Can my child use this on a phone?
Yes. The platform is mobile-first — lessons, quizzes and flashcards work well on a phone.
How are under-16 learners handled?
A parent or guardian completes a short consent step before learning starts. You stay in control of the account.
What about screen time?
Lessons are short (typically 7–13 minutes) so a productive session doesn't need to be long.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel any paid plan from your parent dashboard. Refund within the first 14 days, no questions asked.
